5. Shipping and Delivery

We ensure careful packaging and quality checks before shipping products.

Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and location. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as logistics delays, natural events, or customs clearance.

Customers must ensure that correct shipping details are provided during checkout.

6. Damaged Products

If a product is damaged during shipping, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email with clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.

Refund of the order amount.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in original condition.
The product must be returned in original packaging.

If SpareRobo provides a return shipping label, the refund may be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.

If the customer arranges return shipping independently, the refund will be processed after receiving and verifying the returned product.

Certain items such as consumable goods, customized products, or special order items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

8. Missing Items

Customers must inspect their shipment within 24 hours of delivery. If any item is missing, customers must notify us immediately with images of the received package and order details.

After verification, we may provide a replacement or store credit.

9. Abuse of Policies

SpareRobo reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or permanently restrict accounts if customers abuse return, refund, or dispute policies.
