What Happen If Product is Damaged ?

We take almost Care in good packing and shipping, we have three gates of checking while packing your products. And Shipping with Courier service.

  1. SpareRobo as Legal Name (E Decor) will issue 100% refund to the products If damaged in the shipping. Buyers will provide valid proof of the damage within 24 hours of product delivery to be eligible for this credit.
  2. If the products are not damaged, but if the buyers want to return them for other reasons, SpareRobo (E Decor)  will take the returns on behalf of the sellers . There are two options for this.

a.SpareRobo (E Decor) generates a Return shipping label. Buyers will ship the products with this label to the SpareRobo (E Decor) to receive a full refund after deducting the To and From shipping charges, on the products that they return.

  1. Customers can pay for the return shipping charges by themselves and mail it to Sparerobo. SpareRobo will refund the Price of the Goods minus the shipping fee the customer paid

3.No Consuming items are eligible for return and exchange, we are not responsible due to the custom Customs clearance or any other beyond our control.

Note: If you do not agree to our shipping policy. You have to mail us at [email protected], We have to check our ends if the weight increase, and if you did not agree to pay you will get a 10% gateway fee after the remaining amount will be refunded to your account within 24 hours after you did not ask for refund you will provide a valid account. should we process the refund but you should provide a valid reason for not purchasing with Us.

If the genuine case we either provide credits for missing products. 

  1. The product returns would only be accepted within 3 days after the product is delivered. Please ensure that the return products are shipped within 20 days to get the refund.
  2. Returns are not accepted on Food items. But, if you are not satisfied, you will receive a refund on a case-to-case basis after our customer representative gets in touch with you
  3. SpareRobo reserves the right to refuse service to buyers who abuse the return process and to ban the buyers permanently from using SpareRobo.com.

For other countries than the USA, like Canada and UK, refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If there is a mistake on the behalf of SpareRobo sellers, SpareRobo provides a refund based on the details of the issue.
